Your total shipping fee depends on the final destination of the shipping address as well as your package specifications. Total fees may change depending on the quantity, weight, or volume of your package, and shipping time. Some items that require special treatment, may incur additional special handling charges.


We will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. If a customer refuses any shipments, the customer will remain responsible for all of the original shipping and handling charges, duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred upon receiving their order as well as of the costs associated with returning the package to our studio, and if agreed, costs returning the package back to the customer.


We currently ship within Indonesia and worldwide.

The delivery cost will be charged to Customers based on the final destination of the order which will be reflected during the checkout process. For international delivery, customers will be charged for duty and tax as mentioned before.



For Domestic shipment, we frequently use JNE.

For International shipment, we entrust DHL.


However, for direct order by email and WhatsApp, other customer choices of shipping couriers are acceptable.



After making an order, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us describing all the details of your purchase. You can track the status of your order on our website. Once your package is shipped from our studio, the courier provider, tracking number, and tracking website will be updated in the product status.

For direct order, we will send a confirmation email or message after receiving any down payment or full payment describing all the details of your orders.


We will inform you through email or message regarding the courier provider and tracking number once your package is shipped from our studio, you can check the order status through the courier’s provider website.


We always check the condition of an item (items) before shipping.


We only accept a return for a damaged product. However, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned with all attached tags and original packaging. Please check your item in detail before wearing the garment or removing any attached tags.


Return and exchange are allowed for domestic and international shipments within 2 days after receiving the delivery. Items are applicable for return in 12 days starting from the delivered date at the customer’s place, we will not accept any item after this period of time.


To return an item, the customers are required to send us an email and provide us with some evidence such as photos or videos of the damaged item. After that, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp. We will directly communicate with you to help you with your exchange or return request.


Under an agreed communication, please send your item to our studio and send us the shipment invoice in order to receive a new replacement.

Any exchanges or replacement for International orders might be charged for the extra delivery fee, depends on the shipment location.

Sale items cannot be returned for exchange.
